What is the role?
We’re seeking a fulltime Customer Care Coordinator to join our Brisbane Head Office.
This role is responsible for delivering a solution-focused customer experience, embodying and amplifying Lorna Jane's service culture. You will play a pivotal role in creating innovative solutions to engage and connect with Lorna Jane customers worldwide.
What You’ll be doing
**As our Customer Care Coordinator you’ll**:
- Engage with our LJ customers through Live Chat, providing timely and friendly assistance
- Address customer inquiries and escalations professionally, offering effective solutions to meet their needs
- Educate, inspire, and style our customers to ensure a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience
- Achieve and maintain KPIs and benchmarks, consistently delivering high-quality service standards
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Gather and share customer insights with the business to drive continuous improvement and positive change
