**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Assistant based in our Mandurah office to provide 13 months Maternity Leave Cover. We are not only seeking someone who naturally aligns with our culture but is also connected to contributing to improved outcomes for our clients.

The Tenancy Assistant is responsible in aiding a team of Tenancy Officers within the portfolio in the provision of person-centred tenancy allocations and management of Housing Choices WA properties. Tasks involved in the role include sensitive allocations, accurate records management, collaborative communication with referrers and other administrative support on a needs basis.

We seek an organised individual with a strong administration and time management skills who is an effective communicator. To be successful you will need to demonstrate that you have high attention to detail the capacity to engage with a wide cross section of individuals and an ability to prioritise workloads.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
Relevant training or qualification in business, administration or experience within the community, housing or transferable sector is preferred but not essential.
Demonstrated willingness and ability to follow and adhere to established processes and procedures and to work with good attention to detail.
Confident communicator, with demonstrated ability to interact sensitively and professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Clear, concise and effective communication style.
Strong person-centred values.
Ability to take direction accurately.
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and high work volumes without affecting quality of service delivery.
