**Role**

Systems Analyst

Work location: Goldcoast, Queensland

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to help our client implement their technology roadmap, integrating their IT services and enhancing the efficiency of the on-site staff. You will work closely with our offshore development team to identify and remove impediments, allowing them to focus on developing the future solutions.

This role is ideal for a dynamic contributor with experience in documentation management solutions and Microsoft products in a construction environment. You will play a crucial role in delivering the technology benefits to the business, focusing on maintaining, integrating and modernising systems.

5-7 years of experience is also preferred.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for both users and Level 1 staff to maximise systems usage.
- Collaborate with the offshore BA and technical teams to gather and analyse business requirements, taking ownership for testing, stability, maintainability and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve challenges, ensure seamless system integration and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive the integration and adoption of new solutions though project delivery, understanding best practices and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Integrate systems including Microsoft 365, Azure IdP, SCIM, and JIT to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, working with the 3 rd level support teams.
- Provide technical support and training to staff.
- Interpret business requirements and develop modern, future-focused solutions.
- Ability to lead the technical mapping and solution of reporting and dashboards, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Ability to discover challenges, own and drive technical touchpoint conversations with technical teams, acting as the business process owner and ensuring logical connect between system at a data and logical level.
- Understand and opine on technical design and architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability for future.
- Review and refine technical design from a process perspective ensuring business process is accounted for in the technical design.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role in a construction environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 products.
- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in system integration and identity and access management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Automation, scripting.
- Test planning and development.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Certification in SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure IAM or relevant technologies.
- Experience with APIs.
- A deep understanding of cyber security practices.
- Experience with other Microsoft 365 services and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
