**Role responsibilities**

**As an AE4 System Analyst you will**:

- Undertake system analyst duties, under supervision.
- Support and enhance financial and payroll systems.
- Maintain system access controls, troubleshooting issues and provide user support.
- Support the development of dashboards and financial reports for effective decision-making.
- Identify and deliver system improvements and process automation.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end system closes.
- Co-develop training and documentation for financial and payroll systems.

**As an AE5 System Analyst, you will**:

- Undertake system analyst duties, under supervision.
- Lead work packages that enhance financial and payroll systems.
- Maintain system access controls, troubleshooting issues and provide user support.
- Support the development of dashboards and financial reports for effective decision-making.
- Identify and deliver system improvements and process automation.
- Coordinate the month-end and year-end system closes.
- Co-develop training and documentation for financial and payroll systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
- Review and quality control the work undertaken by others.

**As an AE6 System Analyst, you will**:

- Lead system analyst duties, under limited direction.
- Manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Lead work packages that enhance financial and payroll systems.
- Monitor system performance and work alongside IT to maintain system availability.
- Lead the development of dashboards and financial reports for effective decision-making.
- Provide advice and guidance to others and contribute to finance and pay systems strategies, procedures and policy.
- Coordinate the month-end and year-end system closes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system-related issues and provide guidance.
- Review and quality control the work undertaken by others and support management assurance activities.
- Review and quality control the work undertaken by others.

**Eligibility**

To be eligible for the role, you must be:

- An Australian citizen.
- Assessed as suitable to hold and maintain a TOP SECRET-Privileged Access security clearance.
- Accounting, Finance or Business qualifications are highly desirable.
