The Macmahon Underground team are seeking an experienced **Trainer **to work 2/2 roster, based in Perth.

The primary focus of the role is to co-ordinate the delivery of all operational training requirements across Macmahon's Underground operations **from the WAC office based in Perth **to ensure site personnel can perform their roles in accordance with site, industry standards and Macmahon policies and procedures.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current Cert IV in Training & Assessment (40116)
- Minimum 5 years underground experience
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Current Australian C class Driver’s Licence (manual)
- Competent in operating various equipment with haul truck, loader and ancillary equipment as a minimum
- Ability to communicate confidently, build rapport and effectively liaise with people at all levels

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Recent RII Qualifications for heavy mining equipment
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety
- Frontline management certification/training
- First aid certificate

- Bogger - Sandvik 621
- Dump Trucks - Atlas 5020
- Normet - Charmec 1614B
- IT Loader - Volvo 120
