**What’s your purpose**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Multimedia Designer who wants to help us shape the future of the industry. You will be responsible for creating multimedia assets to support, activate and enliven our online courses and learning experiences.

Your creative work will help ensure our online courses are more engaging, interesting and enjoyable.

**What you’ll do**:
The Multimedia Designer is pivotal to Academy Xi’s growth and will primarily focus on providing expert advice on all multimedia content including video, animation, motion graphics and dynamic assets in addition to the following;
- Provide graphic design services for all new courses
- Provide graphic design services for course updates
- Provide video production work (shooting, editing, postproduction) for all products, as needed
- Provide SME video support for home-recordings, including on-camera skills, technical equipment advise, supplying home kits for recording
- Develop multimedia innovation in animation, motion graphics and dynamic assets
- Manage the graphic design and video workflow if scope of work exceeds capacity and needs to be outsourced to freelancers

**Who you are**:
An energetic, tenacious individual with exceptional communication skills and a talent for multimedia enhancements. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills along with the ability to be adaptable in a dynamic environment will ensure your success.
- A solid understanding of the Adobe Suite
- Able to use design and video techniques to help articulate learning concepts
- Digitally savvy and able to use a variety of multimedia platforms, tools and equipment
- Able to collaborate on ideas with other designers to reach the best outcome for the learner
- Organised, efficient, and decisive
- Easy to work with, reliable, and an excellent communicator - able to manage multiple projects at once
- Creative, enthusiastic and excited about tech and design
