**About the role**

In this position you’ll:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process for all Apprentices, Graduates, Traineeships, Vacation and Support the Everyday Hero's Initiative and any other relevant program's that fall within this scope of work planning and coordinating a high standard of assessment centers.
- Manage onboarding and mobilisation processes for each program
- Work closely with HR Advisory Team to understand scope of each program intake including strategy of intakes, timeframes, employee numbers, and site allocations

**Necessary skills and qualifications**:

- Tertiary Education in Human Resources/Business or related field an advantage
- Experience working with all levels of leadership to recruit and support talent
- Strong experience managing career entry programs for a large organisation
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High-volume recruitment experience across professional & technical skillsets
