We are looking for an engaging and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our friendly team at our reputable service located on 8 acres of luscious land.

Our homely 9-room indoor learning environment has been designed to stimulate and challenge children'schildren's thinking and encourage independence. The service also boasts an abundance of the outdoor play area (1400m2), complete with 2 separate age-appropriate natural play spaces. The outdoor environments have been designed to incorporate our natural rural surroundings and encourage all children to explore their senses while engaging in the environment.

Our philosophy includes beliefs that promote positive guidance and encouragement and provide opportunities for children to be involved in self-help and confidence-building experiences. We have close cooperative relationships with our families. To us, a family's input into the programme is the stem of the children's learning; Educators are the leaves who help support and scaffold the children's learning, helping the children to blossom into flowers.

We are looking for someone who has:

- An ACECQA recognised Diploma
- Knowledge of the Children's Services Regulations 2011
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standard for Early Childhood Education
- First Aid Training, Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of Childcare Policies and Procedures
- Be knowledgeable about the philosophical underpinning of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Current Working With Children Check and Child Protection Qualifications

You will also need:

- A commitment to your own ongoing professional development in early education
- Superb written and verbal communication
- A love of children and a demonstrated passion for Early Years Education
- Enthusiasm to be a team player

**Salary**: $35.00 to $42.00 /hour
