**The Role**
- Greet, welcome and interact with all customers, providing assistance whenever required
- Provide an exceptional customer experience when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk
- Maintain the visual standards of the store and represent the image of the brand
- Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment

**About You**
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Cash handling & POS experience a plus
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet in a busy environment
- Positive can-do attitude and ability to work as a team
- Appreciation for fashion & product
- Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
