**Description**:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service - Outbound specialist with exceptional customer service skills to join our customer service team in Heidelberg West, Victoria. You will be primarily responsible for contacting our existing customers to book in service work, build rapport with customers, other team members and contractors.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will challenge themselves to exceed agreed KPI’s. At HMPS we work collaboratively across the business to create uniquely customised automation solutions. **Skills and Experiences**:
Your Experience
- Excellent communication skills (previous phone/outbound experience is highly regarded)
- Strong customer service focus and ethic
- Delivery focused adhering to processes and procedures
- Computer savviness with ability to learn new systems where required
- An ability to work under pressure and deliver excellent customer service
- A strong eye for detail and a determination to do it right the first time
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Problem solver, with the ability to communicate effectively and present practical solutions
- A collaborative and supportive team player
