- 257137Our client, a Federal Government Agency within wealth space is looking for Business Analysis Practice to join their team.

You will be managing team of 15 + Business Analyst, and be responsible to build a strong governance framework, in line with agencies overall project management framework and ensure teams are aligned and compliant to endorsed standards and policies set within the BA COE.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in managing and leading Business Analysis practice / COE
- Experience leading projects end to end using various methodologies with heavy focus on agility
- Willingness to explore innovative solutions and approaches to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of project delivery processes and methodologies, stage gates and a commitment to define & following established procedures.
- Development or continuous improvement of methodologies, frameworks and tooling relevant to the practice
- Ability to partner with areas across technology to deliver high quality business outcomes
- Proven expertise in tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Development or continuous improvement of methodologies, frameworks and tooling relevant to the practice
- Ability to oversee the delivery of large and complex technical initiatives
- Prior experience working in financial services especially investment management / fund management / asset management would be an added advantage
