Due to internal promotions and staff movement we have multiple Team Leader positions available within Investigations across our Building and Plumbing teams. We currently have a mix of Ongoing and Fixed Term opportunities available.
As the Team Leader, Investigations you will be responsible for supervising a team undertaking compliance functions, including assessments and investigations, promoting team achievement of performance standards and monitoring progress towards targets, providing support, guidance and oversight to staff in the exercise of their duties.
When required, the Team Leader will directly undertake investigation and enforcement activities in more complex and sensitive cases.
Who we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years experience in a compliance or regulatory environment conducting and managing complex and sensitive investigations, preparing reports and/or briefs of evidence for prosecution.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing staff, including developing and maintaining a strong and positive team culture.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are a must.
