**The Company**
Our client, an established and well-respected business with a large property portfolio, is seeking a Financial Lease Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for new grads or those with a couple year of experience. If you're passionate about finance, accounting, property or admin - this is the role for you.

**The Role**
Reporting to the National Lease Administration Manager, your tasks will be varied. You will be exposed to all aspects of the business and be given comprehensive training.

Duties include:

- Liaising with tenants and landlords
- Reading various leases between landlords and tenants
- Updating lease and financial details into lease management/ accounting software
- Inputting landlord and tenant details in the system
- Receipting tenant payments and managing arrears
- Auditing leases and payments
- Undertaking account reconciliations
- Relevant tertiary education
- Strong excel skills and numeracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
