**The Company**
Our client, an Iconic Retailer, is seeking a Financial Lease Administrator/ Property Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Lease Administrator, Assistant Transactions Manager, or Property Accountant to step up.

Benefits include:

**The Role**
This position is responsible for managing a small team and ensuring accurate lease management of the 300 leasehold retail properties. No leadership experience required.

Duties include:

- Inputting leases into system
- Preparing rent roll
- Reviewing critical dates
- Processing invoices
- Budgeting
- Reporting
- Stakeholder management
- Assisting with escalated facilities issues
- Strong understanding of leases
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience in landlord Accounts Receivable team or lease administration, property accounting, property management, and transactions management all highly relevant
