Position Summary:

- Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
- Handle general enquiries, being approachable, alive and seeking balance with each guest experience
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily
- Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence creating memorable guest experiences every day with your curiosity and zest for life
- Support your like-minded Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
