**Job Overview**
We are looking for energetic, passionate, and highly motivated coaches to join our F45 team

As a F45 Coach, you will lead our members through high-energy group training sessions, focusing on functional movements and providing personalized coaching in a supportive group environment.

Your goal will be to create a fun, safe, and results-driven environment for all members, regardless of their fitness level.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality, energetic F45 group training sessions using the F45 Training system.
- Provide personalized attention, instruction, and support to members during workouts, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Motivate and inspire members to reach their fitness goals, while maintaining a positive and inclusive environment.
- Set up and pack down the studio before and after classes, including equipment arrangement.
- Maintain the studio’s cleanliness and ensure all equipment is well-maintained and organized.
- Build relationships with members, helping them feel welcome, supported, and part of the F45 community.
- Assist with membership retention efforts by offering an outstanding experience and supporting individual fitness journeys.
- Stay up to date with F45 Training methodologies and programs, participating in ongoing education and development opportunities.
- Support studio events, challenges, and promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Fitness qualification or relevant fitness certifications.
- Current CPR & First Aid certification.
- Prior experience in group training or personal training preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse range of fitness levels.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Contract

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week

Supplementary Pay:
