Join a thriving multinational food manufacturer in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. We are actively seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters for our afternoon shift operations, with a specific focus on meat products.

**Role**:

- Conducting preventative maintenance.
- Responding promptly to equipment breakdowns.
- Performing general repairs.
- Identifying and resolving faults efficiently.
- Assisting in production line start-ups.
- Engaging in project work to enhance operations.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven 4 years of experience as a Maintenance Fitter within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, with a focus on meat products.
- A proactive attitude with a 'can-do' mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full work rights.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasionally on weekends.
- Capability to troubleshoot and collaborate effectively in both team and unsupervised settings.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
