**The Role**:
The Group Food and Beverage Manager will report into the Head of Resorts and will be responsible for the effective delivery of consistent day-to-day operations, operating standards across our food and beverage outlets, including quality assurance and continuous improvement.

The Group Food and Beverage Manager will also be responsible for financial and operational management, including cost reduction strategies, outlet identity and consistency, and procurement. A key objective is to maximise a sustainable long term higher yielding return for the outlets while providing a consistent experience to all our guests.

The role, in association with Park/Resort Managers, provides support to our Holiday Hosts to provide exceptional guest service, high standards of presentation and cleanliness of facilities.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Training, developing and mentoring Park/Resort Managers and Holiday Hosts to deliver high levels of service to our guests, while complying with good health and safety practices
- Identifying and creating additional revenue streams via alternate F&B options within our Parks and Resorts
- Internalising currently outsourced F&B outlets
- Creating new F&B outlets where they do not currently exist
- Controlling and positively influencing ‘Cost of Sales’
- Creating and operating within department budgets
- Creating a dynamic workplace culture which exceeds guest expectations
- Collaborating with Park and Resort Management to develop additional F&B departments
- Assist in designing food and beverage menus in collaboration with Head of Resorts and Resort Management, to ensure that all menus are constantly updated, paying special attention to seasonal availability
- Maintaining and developing positive relationships with suppliers and partnering with Procurement Managers to identify national suppliers
- Ensuring sufficient stocks of all materials are being kept and stored under the correct conditions
- Partner with our Groups Manager to enhance the food and beverage component of the groups and events market, and exceed groups and events guest experience targets.
- Managing and developing wage costing, costed rosters and wage budgets
- Ensuring the successful operation of the Food and Beverage Departments has a consistently positive influence on NPS

**The icing on the cake...**

Ideally, you will have previous management experience in a similar senior food and beverage role, have experience with large groups and events, experience in a similar tourism related business, and you are now ready to move away from the day-to-day management, and into a more senior role where no one day will ever be the same.

This is a varied role which will see you, in conjunction with the Operations team, build and maintain successful relationships with Park and Resort Managers, and our clients by providing operational advice, on a daily basis. It is this experience and your ability to relate to park and resort operations, and your ability to influence and introduce positive change to deliver a consistent approach to our Food and Beverage offering across all NRMA Parks and Resorts - that will be the measurement of your success in this role.
