**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Assist customers with sales and enquiries, delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
- **Sales and Operations**: Work with your team to meet sales goals and operational targets.
- **Order Fulfilment**: Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet production goals and ensure customers are stoked with their purchases.
- **Merchandising & Store Duties**: Help keep our store looking top-notch, follow visual standards, complete checklists, and participate in training.
- **Warehouse Tasks**: Support inventory stocking, store transfers, and maintain the warehouse area.
- **Health and Safety**: Follow workplace health and safety guidelines and maintain compliance, reporting any issues to management.

**Daily Duties**:

- Sales transactions, POS use, laybys
- Customer order prep, including surfboard wrapping and dispatch
- Store transfers, audits, and general cleaning duties
- Answering phones and providing in-store support
- Safe loading/unloading of customer orders

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $26.65 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
