**Our Family**:

- We're looking for an experienced nanny to join our 'village' for our daughter, who will be 1 in February 2025. Both parents will be working from home (with occasional office attendance) but in busy roles, so you'll be our daughter's primary caregiver. She is a happy and energetic girl who will thrive with someone who is attentive, engaging and nurturing. We are a bilingual household speaking Korean and English - we would love a Korean-speaking nanny but welcome other applicants too. This role would suit someone locally based, who is a career nanny or otherwise interested in secure, long-term employment with guaranteed hours per week. At present, we require someone for 2 full days (ideally Mondays and Tuesdays but there's some flexibility) as I return to work part-time. I'm hoping to pick up a third day once things are settled. There will also be the potential for additional casual hours (evenings/weekends).

**Your Duties**:

- You will be responsible for all duties related to caretaking our child such as feeding, changing, putting to sleep, playing, maintaining her play areas, tidying up after her. This will include engaging her in age-appropriate developmental activities during wake windows, including walks around the neighbourhood and to local parks (no transport travel expected). You will also be responsible for logging activities and keeping us updated throughout the work day.

**Our Perfect Caregiver**:

- We're seeking someone reliable, committed, communicative and interested in fostering our daughter's development. You will have relevant qualifications and/or experience either working privately or in the industry, with the necessary checks and certifications - current Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid and CPR. Ideally, we would also prefer someone who comes from a smoke, vape and pet free home.
