Our client, a privately-owned fresh food business with experience in value added meals is looking for Batchers to join their team at Greenacre.

2 x Batchers - Day shift - 5:00am to 1:36pm - Mon to Fri

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Batcher
- Working with raw ingredients, Prepping, Pouring
- Measuring and weighing ingredients according to recipes and production orders.
- Mixing ingredients to create food products using machines or by hand.
- Operating industrial equipment such as mixers, blenders, and ovens to make food products.
- Following safety and quality standards to ensure the final product is safe for consumption.
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work surfaces before and after each batch.
- Recording production data such as batch numbers, ingredient quantities, and product weight.
- Following food production schedules and meeting production quotas.

**Requirements**:

- Must be physically fit and able to lift upto 20 Kgs.
- Must be able to work in cold work environment - under 5 degrees
- Some experience as a food batcher required
- Experience working in the food industry preferred
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Be available to start immediately
- Have FULL WORKING RIGHTS and Availability
