**About Us**

Greenacre Spare Parts is a family owned and operated business specialising in the dismantling and sale of used Toyota car parts. Though we are a small team, we are quickly making a name for ourselves in the Toyota space for being the go-to-shop. We are looking to grow further and take a lot of pride in developing safe work ethics and doing the right thing the first time around, both in the shop and for our customers.

**About the Role**

We are currently requiring an experienced Mechanic/Auto dismantler to join our small but growing family business.

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical or Auto Dismantling experience is a must for the dismantling role.
- Ex-diesel mechanics are welcome to apply.
- A forklift license is also an advantage (not essential)

**Qualifications & experience**
- Previous experience as an auto dismantler or mechanic is required.
- Must have sound knowledge and experience with automotive parts.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Must be a team player and be adaptable to changes in the work environment.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Quality control, booking in of vehicles and vehicle inspections
- Dismantling parts and panels from cars (on-hoist, including engines and transmissions).
- Quality checking of parts off vehicles. Cleaning, labelling and inventorying of parts.
- Tagging and storing parts in our warehouse (manually and via mobile phone)
- Removal and installation of parts on customer cars from time to time.
- Delivery runs from time to time.

- Leverage off the knowledge of two mechanical engineers. The owner has over 3 years experience in OEM design, 11 years in motorsport and 5+ years in dismantling.
- Balanced working hours (8.30am - 4.30pm Weekdays) - Saturday work can be discussed.
- Competitive remuneration based on experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- Do you have a mechanical tradespersons licence? (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
