**About Us**
Arrow Energy is a Queensland-based producer of natural gas and electricity to power homes, business, and industries.
Our Surat Gas Project is a 27-year project that will have the capability to produce enough natural gas to power the equivalent of more than four million homes every day.
Arrow proudly contributes to areas where we work through job creation, local spend, road upgrades, and social investment.
We employ around 500 people and contractors, and have offices in Dalby, Chinchilla, and Brisbane.
Arrow is a joint venture of two of the world’s largest oil and gas companies - Shell and PetroChina.

To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a **Principal Continuous Improvement** to join our team.
**The Role**:Reporting to the**General Manager Shareholder & Investor Relations**,** purpose of the role is to work seamlessly with all business functions to create shared value by driving continuous business improvement through steadfast leadership and delivering opportunities in a cohesive manner.
This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.
**In addition, you will**:
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Collaborate across the organisation to identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement, focusing on boosting efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing quality and integration.
- Lead the implementation of improvement initiatives by managing the Arrow’s Core Process & Business Improvement Roadmap and leveraging learnings from business incidents.
- Work with different departments to create, assess, and monitor performance metrics, comparing actual benefits to planned outcomes. Regularly update the Leadership Team on key accomplishments and areas for improvement to support informed decision-making.
- Deliver on-the-job training and coaching in Business Improvement techniques such as Lean methodology, Continuous Improvement, Sprints, and process mapping.
- Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement by regularly communicating across the company, recognizing business improvement achievements and individual contributions to effective implementation.
**About You**
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
**To be considered for this role, you will ideally have**:
- Qualifications: University / Post Graduate degree [OR] Master’s Degree [OR] Chartered Professional Qualification
- Ability to lead complex programs and influence across the organisation, with or without direct reports
- Strong experience in project management, process mapping, continuous improvement, transformation and management of change
- Ability to integrate at senior levels within the business
