Exciting newly created opportunity for a WIP Coordinator to join our Regional Operations Support.

The WIP Coordinator, reporting to the Regional - Operations Support Supervisor, is responsible for managing and supporting daily work orders for the Regional Operations Business Units. This role is crucial in the work order management process, involving the review of segment and operation data to ensure compliance with the scope of work and forecasted plans for invoicing.

Based in Guildford with occasional site visits, the WIP Coordinator will collaborate closely with Regional Teams and On-Site Supervisors to ensure accurate and timely cost recovery and effective work order management for all Regional Operations Work Orders

Location: Guildford, WA with occasional site visits

Roster: 5/2 8Hours per day

What you’ll do:

- Provide support and management of day-to-day work orders for Regional Operations Business Units
- Liaising with the Regional Operation Support teams to ensure job progress, scope and expected completion times and/or dates are clearly understood and invoiced within required company KPI Target Timeframes.
- Ensuring the Operations Leadership Team is provided WIP status updates on a weekly basis or as specified
- Ensuring warranty and safety service letters are claimed wherever possible within the required CAT guidelines

**Essential qualifications / skills**:

- Trade certificate + 3 years post trade experience or 6 years’ experience in similar role
- Experience with the use of DBS, SIS 2.0, SIMS i, and AMT

**Experience we find successful in this role**:

- Previous experience with Warranty Support within an OEM
- Excellent organisational skills to manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise tasks
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to quickly absorb technical information
- Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
