Bistro Red Lion by Manu is located within the iconic Red Lion Hotel in Rozelle. Our Bistro has undergone a stunning renovation to unveil a vibrant Fun French concept. Nestled on the second level with a charming balcony, our French bistro blends French flair with genuine Aussie hospitality.

**AVAILABLE ROLES**

Part-time Front of House positions:
As a section waiter, you will be the heart of the action and leading the dining experience with expertise and finesse. Your role will include sharing your enthusiasm for our dishes and beverage with guests whilst also taking charge of sections during busy periods.

**ABOUT YOU**
As a driven, passionate and focused individual, the skills and attributes required of experienced staff include:

- Must have proven experience in a premium restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and exceptional communication skills to meet guests needs.
- Confident in an à la carte environment, capable of managing your own section in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in taking orders accurately, delivering dishes promptly, and ensuring guests have everything they need throughout their meal.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and maintain composure during peak periods.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Current RSA certification.
- Ability to travel independently and reliably.
