**The Company**

We are working with a highly reputable Professional Services organisation, located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, who are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join the team. As an experienced Accounts Payable Officer, you will be working within a team environment and be responsible for the end to end function of AP.

**The Role**

***

Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Processing of supplier invoices
- Vendor Set Up, Maintenance and Reconciliations
- Credit Card & Employee Expense management
- Preparation of Daily Bank Reconciliations
- Preparation of weekly payment runs
- Petty Cash Management & Reconciliations
- Adhoc tasks as required

**Your Profile**
- Degree Qualifications in Business / Accounting (or similar)
- Intermediate level of Excel
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Excellent time management and negotiation skills
