Our client is a leading investment platform provider in the Fintech space. They are an ASX listed Fintech firm currently experiencing growth and are seeking an employee with knowledge and experience within the Investment/portfolio administration space to join their team.

**The Multiple Role duties**:

- Modelling and Trading of Managed Portfolios
- Reconstruction of historical cost base information for all assets at inception for the purpose of Capital Gains Tax (CGT) reporting.
- Allocation of funds received/matching of payments processed
- Processing payments, monthly fee calculations and rebalancing of cash
- Data interpretation, analysis and subsequent problem solving.
- Execute PAS along with income reconciliation queries
- Placement of orders in IRESS to trade via multiple systems/platforms
- Check and allocate international trades from files received from Custodians
- Calculation and processing of client facing and platform service fees
- Processing of account closures
- Work closely with the Reconciliations and Corporate Actions teams to ensure overall data integrity and service quality.

**You Need**:

- 2+ years Investment Operations experience within a platform or broking space
- Experience with IRESS IPS is preferred
- Investment operations in MDA
- Understanding of trading covering; domestic and international securities, Foreign Exchange, Domestic and International model portfolios, Term Deposits, Managed funds and Bonds
- Experience in Portfolio Administration and Cash Processing
- MS Excel experience is essential.
