Podium Group is a Commercial Wall & Floor Tiling company, working predominantly within the Perth Metro area. Currently looking for a motivated and experienced individual to fulfill our Tiling Supervisor role.

Role Description:
**PLANNING & MANAGEMENT**
- Liaise with PM for daily schedule
- Maintain good working relations with all personnel
- Report productivity to PM
- Report to PM Status of areas to be tiled and highlighting any potential issues
- Liaise with PM to ensure all scheduled works are unconditional

**RESOURCING & COST CONTROL**
- Track and report productivity
- Liaise with pm to align cost & budget

**ADMINISTRATION**
- Regularly monitor all communications with site supervisors and personnel

**HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENT**
- Demonstrate a good understanding of HSE policies on all sites
- Ensure that all personal are consistently adhering to required HSE policies

**SITE CONDUCT AND WORK CONDUCT**
- Ensure that all personal are representing Podium Group in good faith
- Ensure all personal are presenting themselves and work areas in a professional manner
- Ensure that all personnel are demonstrating a good positive work ethic

**QUALITY MANGEMENT**
- Regularly survey ongoing works and identify any issues with quality
- Ensure that all works are recorded to identify any issues
- White Card
- Police Clearance
- Covid 19 Vaccination
- Experience in Wall and Floor Tiling in a supervisory Role
- Manual Driver's License
- Basic Microsoft Office experience
- Ability to interpret shop drawings / architectural drawings
- Positive attitude
