Join a growing, close-knit landscape business in Brisbane that takes pride in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.

**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Landscape Leading Hand, you'll be hands-on in delivering a variety of landscape construction projects, while also supporting a small team. You’ll be involved in:

- Leading and working with the team on residential and commercial landscaping projects
- Site preparation and construction: earthworks, concreting, paving, decking, tiling, retaining walls, fencing, and drainage
- Operating small machinery, including excavators (where required)
- Turf installation, garden beds, and other soft landscaping
- Mentoring apprentices and junior staff
- Running jobs on-site and ensuring quality standards are met

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a landscape tradesperson or similar role
- Strong knowledge of landscaping and construction techniques, tools, and materials
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and the team
- A current driver's licence (manual preferred)
- White Card and relevant tickets (excavator, etc.) are a bonus
