ECH is seeking an enthusiastic, driven Occupational Therapist to become our next Community Rehabilitation Team Lead.

**The role**

As the Community Rehabilitation Team Lead you will provide exceptional leadership to achieve both clinical and operational outcomes to the Community Rehab team.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Manage the TCP and STRC programs with a small but highly effective and passionate team
- Work with other ECH team leads to ensure optimal utilisation of resources
- Support a culture of holistic assessment, treatment and evaluation of clients and services
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
- Supporting the relevant managers with recruitment, onboarding and training
- Maintain a small caseload of clients
- Supervise staff and students as required

**You will need**
- COVID-19 vaccination (including booster if eligible)
- Registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist

**It’d also be helpful if you had**:

- A current police check
- Experience and/or knowledge of Home Care Packages, rehabilitation practices and supporting Allied Health Assistants
