Position 1: Spare Parts Interpreter

Due to growth in both our sales and service departments, we are in need of an additional Parts Interpreter to ease the load on current staff. The business offers security of tenure, varied work and career advancement for deserving staff due to their policy of promotion from within. Applicants ideally will have current or recent experience as a dealership parts interpreter, however those with aftermarket automotive parts experience are also encouraged to apply. You must be totally reliable and fully aware of the importance of your job as a contributor to customer satisfaction and the well-being of the dealership as a whole.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Answering the parts phone and interpreting parts
- Parts Interpretation for Retail & Trade customers
- Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
- Handle internal & external business as required
- Processing of incoming goods and data entry
- Daily mail run
- Other duties as required

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL POSSES**:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter with solid interpretation skills
- Basic Computer skills and ability to use Microsoft office products like Word and Excel
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly & possess a good phone manner
- Current West Australian Driver’s license

**Position 2: Service Advisor**:

The Honda Shop now has exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor. You will become an important link between our customers and service department, ensuring that we provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times.

**The key responsibilities for this position are**:

- Face-to-face contact with servicing customers as they drop off and pick up their Motorcycles and Honda Power Equipment.
- Taking inquiries and making service bookings from a range of customers and providing quotations for repairs.
- Maintain regular contact with our servicing customers to provide updates on their vehicles and additional work that is required
- Liaising with internal workshop employees to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and are returned to our servicing customers as promised
- Allocating service work to technicians
- Processing and finalising repair invoices.

**About the Role** We are looking for a dedicated and driven Motorcycle Sales Consultant that will strive to exceed targets and provide an exceptional customer experience for our customers. We love what we do and we want to share it with each person who walks through our door.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through building strong relationships and consistency of follow-ups.
- Respond to and follow up all sales inquiries via phone, online or walk in’s using appropriate methods.
- Ensure each customer has a strong introduction to the Parts/Accessories team and F&I team.
- Diligence in following up all customer paperwork, with strong attention to detail
- Consistently keeping up to date with product knowledge and new models and trends in the Motorcycle industry

- Basic computer literacy, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, Internet
- Technical knowledge relating to motorcycles is preferred
