We are genuinely thrilled to be representing this client We always have a fabulous time when we see these guys and always leave the office with a huge smile. They supply a product that just about everybody uses (well maybe not a teenager) to commercial clients.

Based in the Eastern Suburbs, in a bit of an industrial hub with free parking and the office has a great vibe. This is a company with really strong tenure, and we really aren’t surprised.

There is a great mix of people and they all like to have a bit of fun and banter in the office and chip in when someone needs help. You can expect a team that celebrate anniversaries, holidays and the wins with incredible events.

Exclusively commercial clients, the product and brand itself holds a good spot in the marketplace and has a stellar reputation.

**WHAT’S INVOLVED?**
- Provide excellent customer service and support both internally and externally
- Reporting to the Spare Parts Leader
- Learning all processes including parts look up, quoting, invoicing, etc
- Clear and precise phone manner is essential
- Technically minded would help when determining which parts and looking up the parts diagram
- Previous parts interpreter and dispatch experience is advantageous but not essential
- The physical ability to pick, pack and dispatch spare parts including lifting, bending, carrying etc.
- Handles majority of part picking, packing & dispatching
- Handles majority of parts inbound, checking off, putting on shelf
- Pick, Pack and dispatch parts for service schedulers for contractors

**DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?**
- A current **Drivers Licence is a MUST** and **Forklift Licence **or willingness to complete it desired.
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail and care when packing boxes.
- **You will be required to pass a drug and alcohol test **in order to be successful in this role and provide a clear National Police Clearance.
