**Crew Members** work closely with the Store Manager and other staff members, to ensure all aspects of the Big Grill/Adelaide Convenience store are maintained.

The main focus is to provide a high standard of customer service, this includes timely preparation and delivery of food service, including online orders and processing transactions on the POS. Maintaining stock levels of shelves and fridges and packing deliveries as and when required.

The Crew Member will be responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness of the store including the kitchen, shopfronts, equipment, and utensils.

**EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/ATTRIBUTES**

1. Food Preparation experience essential.

2. Knowledge of WH&S and Safe Food Handling requirements.

3. Ability to be flexible with excellent time management and organisational skills.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Display the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Be punctual and reliable.

7. Demonstrate attention to detail.

8. Initiative and ability to work effectively without supervision.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $23.34 - $28.46 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Food preparation: 1 year (required)
