We currently have an exciting opportunity for an engaging leader with previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment to join our store in **Miranda** on a **full** **time** basis.

**The Position**

As our **Assistant Store Manager, **you will drive our team to achieve optimum sales profitability, by meeting sales targets both individually and collectively. You will also:

- Proactively communicate with our clients instore and over the phone
- Create exceptional in-store displays and maintain high presentation standards
- Providing outstanding customer service and a memorable in-store experience
- Creativity in designing a client’s unique piece of jewellery
- Provide assistance to the Store Manager for operational requirements
- Applicants from all backgrounds, mature aged workers or return to work mums are encouraged to apply._

**About You**
- Experience in retail with a proven track record achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Driven to perform, meet performance targets and uphold service standards
- Be an energetic, passionate and hands-on leader
- Keen eye and interest in the retail jewellery industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
