Ciaron Maher Racing are seeking a Feed Hand/Stable Hand for our busy Miners Rest Stable.

**Core objectives include**:

- Mucking out stables and yards
- Knowledge of health & safety and co-operate at all times with management to ensure these obligations are complied with
- Using and maintaining the required Personal Protective Equipment
- Liaise with the Head Foreperson & Assistant Trainer regarding the feeding of all racehorses
- Making horse feeds correctly and efficiently
- Ensure all horses have correct feed according to the feeding schedule
- Ensure eating habits and feeding supplements are recorded correctly and in a timely manner
- Follow all instructions given by the Head Foreperson, Assistant Trainer or Head Trainer(s)
- Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.

**Early mornings and some weekend work will be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.**

A clean and current driving license is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.60 - $28.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
