**LOCATION**: Brisbane

**SALARY**: $90,000 plus commission & Bonus

Our client is a multi award winning organisation who has successfully brought a new level of service and fresh ideas to the Australian recruitment market.

They have worked with prestigious international blue chip companies across a wide range of sectors, and are extremely experienced at everything from placing a single short-term casual worker to running large scale permanent recruitment campaigns.

As they want to be the largest transport supplier in Australia their aim is to open another 6 offices over the next few years. They are looking to promote from within for these management opportunities so this really is a fast track career opportunity for those who work hard for it.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Develop and maintain business by maximising returns from new or existing clients
- Deliver against personal targets / company minimum standards
- Keep informed of sector trends and development including competitor activity
- Develop and work to personal proposed pipeline of new business
- Take original required documentation from the interviewee and scan in to the employees folder
- Face to face interview in detail and ensure fully detailed notes are completed during the interview
- Carry out all recruitment processes in line with company procedures
- Upload all employee documentation on to our recruitment software in the correct locations
- Undertake VEVO checks and other legally required checks
- Utilise marketing collateral to generate company awareness
- Undertake any employee training as and when required and keep your manager notified of any further training & development you require to exceed your requirements

**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE**:

- A minimum of 1 year in a Recruitment role ideally in Blue Collar Recruitment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A proactive nature and desire to progress in to management
- Proven experience in a Recruitment or Sales profession
- Exceptional decision-making skills
- Proven experience working to targets
- Great team player
- A natural drive to succeed in personal goals and celebrate the success of the team
