We are hiring for a multi-skilled Plant Operator to join our team.

The future we’re working towards is one where waste is a valuable resource. Our Plant Operators play an essential role in getting us there, by working with our team to help provide valuable waste management solutions to our clients and customers. Because of this, as an Operator, you will be a fundamental part of the business and focused on waste solutions.

- **The Team**: As part of a two-man team, you will have autonomy to operate how you want to operate. Offering Full-Time employment, you have the option to start between 7-9AM

- **Overtime**: Depending on operational requirements, you can work every few Saturdays
- **Stay local**: You’ll be operating in your local area, avoiding long periods of time away from home often associated with Plant Operator roles.

**Who you are**
- It’s a must that you’re an experienced Plant Operator, with a good safety record and preferably possess a Forklift License with experience.
- Ideally you have some experience with Balers.
- You have a strong understanding of Safety and Compliance in Transport and operations environments.
- Customer orientated - you care about our customers and bringing a positive attitude to all your interactions.
- Pride in appearance of the company equipment and personal image.
- You’re a team player, willing to pitch in, be reliable, support and help when required.
