Nadrasca is looking for someone to lead and provide high level strategic and operational oversight of the implementation of Nadrasca’s strategy, focusing on the evolution of our future service model to support the transformation of Nadrasca to achieve its Vision. The position will play a key role in collaborating with all levels of management in implementing, measuring, monitoring, and reviewing organisational strategy. The position will also champion innovative and creative practices to achieve Nadrasca’s Vision

**The Position**

The position is accountable and reports to the Chief Executive Officer for the efficient, safe and effective delivery of a range of tasks within predetermined budget, quality, and time constraints.

The incumbent has authority and discretion to act within established operational and budget guidelines as determined by the Chief Executive Officer and/or other relevant persons, and within the constraints of various legislation, regulations, standards, policies and procedures.

The position is directly responsible for strategic plan implementation and transformational activities through accountabilities across Nadrasca and the achievement across Key Responsibility Areas and Key Performance Indicators as outlined in the position description.

- Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant, equivalent professional experience and training
- Demonstrated extensive senior management and leadership experience, with ability to successfully deliver on strategic priorities and manage competing issues to deliver high quality outcomes within required deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in leading organisational planning and implementation with alignment to budget, strategy and purpose
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of innovative practice and experience operationalising processes to support the transformation of services
- A strong track record of managing and delivering projects within specified timeframes
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to lead significant change
