This newly created role is a 16 month fixed term contract provides the ownership of the business continuity requirements for the CURA software including the support for enhancements of methodologies within CURA. This includes working with the Change Manager to assist in CURA user training and support.

This role will support the broader risk community (first line of defence) and support Group Operational Risk - GOR (second line of defence) to deliver an efficient tool to manage operational risks, maintain critical operations through disruptions and manage risks arising from service providers.

As a **Business Continuity CURA Specialist **you’ll get to:

- Lead, recommend and deliver on enhancements and upgrades required to CURA
- Engage with the Change manager for the uplift in maintenance of user manuals and associated Line 1 procedures for all aspects of and for all types of users of CURA for business continuity
- Coordinate and manage delivery of all aspects of system maintenance and administration
- Providing Level 2 technical support to the users of the CURA System
- You’ll also provide relevant risk data & analytics; and support and coaching through education, awareness and relationship development
