Surrounded by world-class research, health, and education facilities, as well as premier sports and entertainment venues, the Centre is an integral part of Adelaide's dynamic cultural and corporate landscape.

We are seeking a professional, self-motivated individual to join our accomplished Security & Visitor Services team as a **Building Security Officer**.

**What You’ll Bring**
- ** Professionalism**: Self-motivated, reliable, and of the highest integrity.
- ** Presentation**: Well-groomed and presentable to represent AVM’s corporate standards.
- ** Communication**: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficient in computer systems, with prior experience in Access Control, Fire, and CCTV Systems considered a bonus.
- ** Flexibility**: Available for shift work on a 24-hour roster and able to travel as needed for work schedules.
- ** Experience**: Proven work history in the security industry.

**Role Requirements**
- Hold a current SA Security Licence with RSA and crowd controller endorsement for licensed premises.
- Willing to undertake paid training to obtain Warden Accreditation if required.
- Successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical.
- Ability to perform administrative tasks, including compiling high-standard reports.
