**This award winning family owned business is looking for a wine and service savvy professional to join as a Venue Manager to oversee two outlets then moving onto a third.**

**About the role**

This is a hands on role for Venue Manager reporting into the Brisbane Operations Manager, you will be responsible of all aspects of running the restaurant including delivering exceptional service, building an amazing culture and the general day to day.

With an emphasis on keeping the expert team engaged you will lead, coach and develop the existing team. You will also be required to ensure consistency, keep up the team morale in a busy high end setting.
