**The Position**:
Lui Bar, perched high above the city on Level 55 of the iconic Rialto Towers, we are Melbourne’s premier destination, known for our diverse range of cocktails and wines and thoughtfully complemented curated bar snacks menu crafted by the acclaimed team from our sister restaurant Vue de monde.

We are searching for an Assistant Venue Manager who shares our passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving team excellence and operational success.
- Assisting with daily operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.

- Working with the Venue Manager and Head Sommelier to develop innovative beverage offerings
- Working with the Executive chef to deliver creative and delicious food dishes
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a talented team to maintain and exceed high standards of service and professionalism.
- Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability while managing costs and inventory.
- Fostering a culture of excellence through training, professional development, and performance management.

This is a full-time position that will require flexibility and weekend work, in accordance with business demands.
- At least three years’ experience in a leadership role within a high-end bar/restaurant or hospitality setting.
- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, particularly in cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Exceptional guest relations skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with rostering, payroll, and inventory management.
- The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to personal and professional growth.

**Remuneration**:
Salary offered is $73,150 + Superannuation at 11.5%
