If you are looking to start your career in childcare due to your passion for wanting to make a difference in the lives of some amazing children but are not sure how best to start then you are encouraged to apply.

You will work with a supportive team who will help you every step of the way to ensure you become the best possible educator you can and positiviely influence the lives of children in your care. We are recruiting because our current trainees have almost completed their course so we are looking for our next round of trainees that we can mentor and help start their amazing career in childcare.

You will work with children at a variety of ages however this will be spaced over time to allow you to spend time understanding the development needs and building relationships with the children at each of the main ages.

Your traineeship will be supported by CIT (Canberra Institiute of Technology) with your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification and additional learning provided by the team at CIT, as well as our vastly experienced team in our childcare center.

The traineeship typically takes 12 - 18 months however can be paced further if required. You would be working fulltime and completing study which can be challenging however you would be supported every step of the way.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Graduate

**Salary**: $17.00 - $20.50 per hour
