About the Role:

As a Trainee Early Childhood Educator, you'll be supported by experienced mentors while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent). You'll learn hands-on in a nurturing environment where play, curiosity, and exploration are at the heart of everything we do.

Your days will be filled with learning, creativity, and connection as you:

  • Support children's learning through play-based experiences
  • Be a positive role model and encourage children's confidence and wellbeing
  • Help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment
  • Work as part of a supportive and passionate team
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues
