**About the role**:
Join the Aurizon Bulk Terminal team in Forrestfield (WA) as a key part of our Terminal Operations Reporting to the Terminal Operations Leader, this permanent position offers a 7 on 7 off residential roster, working both a week of days and a week of nights (12hr shifts).

This opportunity is open to entry-level, locally based applicants with a minimum C Class driver's licence, a strong safety mindset, and a desire to learn and grow into a multi-ticketed operator. Take the first step towards a rewarding career in logistics

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate Medium/Heavy rigid vehicles.
- Complete production work including operating machines, cleaning equipment and tools, and assisting terminal operational staff.
- Handle bulk dangerous goods safely.
- Perform plant and equipment inspections & pre-starts.
- Provide provisioning, service, cleaning, and lower-level maintenance on plant and equipment.
- Contribute to general housekeeping and safety practices.
- Utilise all available competencies and licences, be willing to obtain any necessary licences and/or competencies for ongoing operations.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

**About You**:

- Proven mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to safety.
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
- High-risk heavy forklift ticket (or willingness to obtain).
- EWP ticket (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a heavy industry and around heavy machinery.
