B&D Group Pty Ltd, trading as Meat & Me, is a growing importer and distributor of high-quality Taiwanese food products across Australia. We operate through both B2B and B2C channels, supported by our own e-commerce platform and a physical retail store. Our delivery network serves customers nationwide, offering a curated range of premium Taiwanese ingredients and delicacies sourced directly from trusted Taiwanese suppliers and local importers.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Select and purchase goods for resale in accordance with company strategy and market demand.
- Monitor sales data, stock levels, and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate pricing, promotional activities, and supply terms with suppliers and distributors.
- Design and implement product pricing, marketing, and display strategies to maximise sales performance.
- Liaise with management on long-term procurement planning and seasonal promotions.
- Analyse trade, market, and consumer data to anticipate trends and identify new product opportunities.
- Ensure purchasing activities align with budgetary and seasonal requirements.

**Qualification and Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in a retail buying, procurement, or merchandising role.
- At least Diploma or above qualification

**Skills Requires**:

- Strong understanding of food retail trends, preferably in Asian or Taiwanese food products.
- Proven negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret sales data and forecast market demand.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field (desirable but not mandatory).

Pay: $76,515.00 - $85,000.00 per year
