**THE ROLE**

Join Our Award-Winning Youth Theatre Team

The Parks Theatre is on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Program Coordinator to help lead our multi award-winning Parks Youth Theatre Program and support a range of exciting in-house productions. We’re seeking someone who:

- Has experience working with young people in creative or educational settings
- Brings a strong background in the performing arts—especially musical theatre or dance
- Is passionate about nurturing emerging talent and creating vibrant, inclusive theatre

experiences

Availability Requirements:

- Tuesday evenings during school terms
- Sundays during Terms 1 & 3
- Flexible hours outside of these times
- Increased availability during school holidays is a plus

This is a part-time role (approximately 2 days per week) with room to grow. If you’re enthusiastic, collaborative, and ready to make a meaningful impact through the arts, we’d love to hear from you

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- (HLTAID0011) Provide First Aid or equivalent
- (HLTAID009) Provide CPR or equivalent
- RRHAN-EC Masterclass - Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education & Care.
- (SITHFAB02) Provide responsible service of alcohol (Desirable)
