**Responsibilities**:
- **Compliance by maintaining accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations**.
- They also should perform accounting tasks (such as monthly financial reporting), enter general ledgers, and record payments and adjustments.
**Requirements**:
- Administration experience with a strong focus on data processing
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and administrative software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Attention to detail ensuring compliance with data integrity.

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
