IPA is proud to again be partnering with our Client, a leading Australian provider within the Employment Services industry to recruit Employment Consultants across multiple sites within Brisbane's south.
**Some of your duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Assessing jobseekers to determine support/service requirements
- Case management and providing ongoing support to jobseekers
- Assisting jobseekers to attain suitable employment
- Reverse marketing jobseekers to potential employers
- Linking jobseekers with training/courses/community support as required
- Providing support to jobseekers during their employment
**What we are looking for**:
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict and difficult situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable vehicle and current, valid driver's licence
- Can provide evidence of covid vaccination status
**We have multiple positions available across Brisbane's southside and Logan. All positions are full time permanent roles with immediate starts.**
