IPA is proud to again be partnering with our client, a leading Australian provider within the Employment Services industry to recruit **Employment Consultants (Disability Employment Services)** across multiple sites within Brisbane's south. Our client is passionate about assisting people with a disability, injury, or health condition on their journey to finding sustainable employment opportunities.

**Some of your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Assessing jobseekers to determine support/service requirements
- Case management and providing ongoing support to jobseekers
- Assisting jobseekers to find suitable employment to their individual needs
- Reverse marketing jobseekers to potential employers
- Linking jobseekers with training/courses/community support as required
- Providing support to jobseekers during their employment

**What we are looking for**:

- Exceptional customer service skills and experience, and a passion to work in this sector
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflict and difficult situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable vehicle and current, valid driver's licence
- Can provide evidence of covid vaccination status

**We have multiple positions available across Brisbane's southside, Logan and Ipswich. These positions are permanent, with both full time and part time options available.**
